McNear Park (Winter ‘25/Fall ‘26) - Sundays
8:45am ish - Arrival - Put on your boots, put out some cones, shoot the bull
9:00 ish - Walking start - let people arrive, get a little warmed up
9:07 ish - Some young, fast guys starts trying hard
. . . then we run, have fun, get tired
10:15 ish - Social time. Have a beverage and hang.
Remember this is a social club with a rugby problem, so hang out. That’s the best part.

Respect, community, and friendships are the best parts of rugby. Sharing a cold one with folks after the run reminds us that it is just a game that we play for fun. We need more of this in our lives. If you can’t have a run that day, just meet us for the beverage!
